Next.js site for dog information
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a freelancer to help me build a next.js website. I have a clear vision for how it should look and the features I want to include.
The site will primarily feature information about different dog breeds. I currently have coded a site with PHP / HTML / Javascript / MySQL. I am happy with this -- but would like it in next.js with some SSR. Additionally, I have a mock-up for a modal that will appear as part of the site.
Pages should have their own URLs, but we'll use SSR so this isn't really obvious. That is, users won't really be aware that another 'page' has loaded.
We will need a database to manage photos and values. I was thinking MongoDB or MySQL.
Users should be able to log in (with Google, Facebook, or email) to comment or share photos.
I like a clean, straightforward style of code. No API calls if we can get away with it. I like this guy's tutorials and style very much: https://www.youtube.com/@codewithantonio
The freelancer I'm looking for should be knowledgeable in next.js and have a good eye for design and UX. I'm also open to suggestions or refinements to my ideas, if needed.
Thanks for your time, and I'm looking forward to building my website with you.
