Next.js + AI Web App — PDF Lab Report Biomarker Extractor

I'm building a small web app and need a solid Next.js developer to put it together. The app lets a user upload a PDF blood lab report, uses the Google Gemini API to extract all the biomarkers, standardizes everything into English, and classifies each result as optimal, normal, or out of range based on the patient's age and sex from the report.
The stack is Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, pdf-parse, and Gemini API. I'll provide a sample PDF and share the full spec, design, and logic once we connect.
The deliverable is a clean GitHub repo that runs locally with a single env variable. Timeline is around 3–5 days.
