Next.js/TypeScript Full-Stack MVP Development

Full-Stack Engineer or Small Team (Next.js, TypeScript, AI Systems)

We're building a production-grade web platform and are looking for a senior full-stack engineer or a small, experienced team (frontend + backend) to execute an MVP efficiently.

This is an execution-focused role. Clear scope. Defined sprints. No fluff.

Project Structure (3 Sprints)

Sprint 1 - Frontend Cleanup
* Refine UI structure and consistency
* Improve performance and state handling

Sprint 2 - Backend Stabilization
* Review and fix logic and data flows
* Improve database interactions and background jobs

Sprint 3 - MVP Features
* Implement defined MVP features
* Connect frontend and backend cleanly
* Ensure the system is stable, usable, and production-ready

Responsibilities
* Work with Next.js 14/15 and TypeScript across frontend and backend
* Maintain and improve APIs using tRPC
* Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
* Implement and optimize Typesense search
* Integrate AI services (embeddings, parsing, structured outputs)
* Handle real-time connections (WebSockets)
* Ship clean, maintainable, production-quality code
