Next.js Travel Booking Website
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a full-stack web solution that lets customers browse and instantly book our tour packages. The front end must be built with Next.js so it feels fast and SEO-friendly, while the back end should expose secure REST (or GraphQL) endpoints for the core booking flow.
Core flow
• Visitors explore tour packages, open a detailed page, choose dates, and confirm a booking in a single, intuitive journey.
• New users create an account or sign in; returning users see their existing reservations.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the system stores it and sends an e-mail notification. (Payment integration can be added later, but is not part of this scope.)
Essential back-end features
• User authentication with token-based sessions.
• A booking management system that lets staff create, update, cancel, and track reservations from an admin dashboard.
• Cleanly structured database models so we can add hotels or flights in future without refactoring.
Front-end expectations
• Responsive design, warm travel imagery, and clear calls-to-action.
• Dynamic package pages generated from the database.
• State handled with React hooks or a light state manager—no heavyweight libraries unless justified.
Deliverables
1. Source code for Next.js front end and the server (Node/Express, Nest, Django, or a comparable framework—feel free to suggest).
2. Database schema and seed data for a handful of sample tours.
3. README with setup instructions and brief API documentation.
4. Live staging URL so I can walkthrough the flow end-to-end.
I am ready to provide tour copy, photos, and brand colors on day one, and I can answer architecture questions quickly so you can move fast.
