I need our existing marketing website rebuilt on Next.js with a clear focus on making every click feel intuitive. The overall look should stay classic and professional—think clean typography, balanced white space and subtle accents—yet the internal architecture must feel light-fast and predictable.

I will judge success by how effortlessly a visitor can move around, so the following navigation elements have to be rock-solid:
• Menu bar
• Search functionality
• Breadcrumbs

Please structure the codebase for easy component reuse, add TypeScript where practical, and keep performance budgets in mind. Final delivery should include the full Next.js project in a Git repository, a short README outlining setup and build commands, and a brief hand-off walkthrough so I can maintain it confidently.
