### Scope of Work
#### 1. robots.txt & sitemap.xml
* Create **robots.txt** that allows crawling of all important pages and blocks only non-essential ones.
* Generate a **comprehensive sitemap.xml** – static or **dynamically via the Python/FastAPI backend** if needed – and submit it through Google Search Console.
#### 2. Media Compression & Core Web Vitals (Mobile-first)
* Convert large images to **WebP** and enable **lazy-loading**.
* Reduce JS/CSS bundle size with **code-splitting** and **tree-shaking**.
* Achieve **PageSpeed Insights Mobile ≥ 90** for every service page, with **LCP ≤ 2.5 s** and **CLS ≤ 0.1**.
* Configure CDN/caching layers (e.g., Cloudflare) and adjust backend caching headers if required.
#### 3. Unique, Compelling Title & Meta for Each Service Page
* Perform quick keyword research for every service.
* Write **Title tags ≤ 60 chars** and **Meta Descriptions 120-160 chars** (keyword + value + CTA).
* Insert them in the `<Head>` of each page (Next.js).
#### 4. Schema Mark-up (Organization + FAQ)
* Add **JSON-LD** for Organization / LocalBusiness.
* Create an FAQ section (3-5 Q\&As) and mark it up as **FAQPage**.
* Validate via Google Rich Results Test.
#### 5. Deployment
