Next.js Responsive Page Conversion

I’m looking for a professional front end developer who is well versed in the front end tech stack especially next js.
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience and can ensure that pages are pixel perfect, design matching our Figma designs, and be flexible to adjust where needed. The pages most be responsive with no issues in all browsers, especially supported browsers by us, Edge, Chrome, and Safari. Responsiveness must also support mobile devices, tablets, and different size screen computers.
