Next.js Pixel-Perfect Homepage

I have a fully-designed homepage in Figma and need it reproduced in Next.js with absolute visual fidelity. The stack is fixed—NextJs, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS—so please be comfortable working efficiently with those tools.

The build must mirror the design down to the last pixel, remain fully responsive from desktop through mobile, and render consistently in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Semantically correct HTML5, WCAG-conscious accessibility, and SEO-friendly markup are all essential. Performance matters as well; please structure components so that code remains clean, reusable, and easy to maintain.

The homepage includes interactive elements (think subtle hovers, dynamic sections, and other user-driven effects rather than heavy animation). If you have suggestions for lightweight libraries or native techniques to keep these interactions smooth, feel free to propose them.
