Next.js Navbar/Header Design

I need a Next.js navbar/header and footer designed. The style should be an exact copy of another site (Wordpress)

Requirements:
- The look and feel of the navigation/footer should be exactly the same as the Wordpress version, so when the user navigates between the Wordpress and the non-Wordpress (NextJS) app they wouldn't know the difference.
- The navigation and footer should be identical experiences, even across devices, so the responsive design of the navigation / footer would need to be copied for mobile.
- Both items need to be pixel-perfect.

You'll be provided SSH access to the site which contains the Wordpress + NextJS app. I can also provide Github access for the NextJS app if preferred.

The ideal freelancer should have:
- Proficiency in Next.js
- Strong design skills
- Experience with creating responsive navbars/headers/footers.
