Next.js + MySQL Deployment on Render

I need help deploying a Next.js app with a MySQL database on Render for a school project.
Requirements:
- Deploy on Render
- MySQL database setup
- Experience with Next.js and Render is ideal
i just need it deployed with the dashboard and all also i need screenshots of the hosting process because i need to explain how it works with the dashboards tools too i need by tomorrow
its just a school project so dont mind the details i just need it working
