Next.js UI Modifications for Recruitment Site

I'm seeking a skilled Next.js and Tailwind CSS developer to enhance my existing UI for a recruitment website. As a backend developer, I will provide all necessary API endpoints.

Key requirements:
- Add new components: Forms, Tables, Charts, correct Routing,
- Styling adjustments: Layout modifications for better usability and aesthetics
- help me setting up keys and apis for otp based authentication
- May require creating new pages, update logo
- Need to modifiy existing page as per what json response i am sending

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Strong experience in UI/UX design
- Ability to implement interactive features
- Candidadte with python experience and knowledge will be preferable
