Next.js Migration & UX Upgrade

Job ID: 40515640

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

The site is currently live on the Lovable platform and must be moved to a stronger, more performant stack—Next.js is my first choice, though I’m open to any framework that can match its speed and keep overall costs in check. My top priority is noticeably higher performance once the migration is complete.

Scope of work
• Replicate all existing functionality on the new stack and optimise the overall performance profile.
• Elevate user interaction by introducing fresh, interactive features that feel snappy and intuitive.
• Implement rock-solid, OTP-enabled payment flows and verify they work across desktop and mobile.
• Integrate Google Maps where required and configure branded, reliable email dispatch.
• Harden security throughout the migration to ensure the finished site ships free of vulnerabilities.
• Provide at least one month of post-launch technical support, addressing any issues promptly.

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighthouse performance and best-practice scores must improve over the current Lovable build.
2. All critical user journeys (browse, checkout with OTP, map-related actions, email notifications) pass end-to-end tests on the new platform.
3. No blocking errors or regressions surface during the 30-day support window.

Preferred tech keywords you may draw on include Next.js, React, Tailwind, Node, REST/GraphQL, and secure payment gateways, but feel free to recommend alternatives that meet the same performance standard.

Once migrated and tuned, the site should load swiftly, feel engaging, and run error-free for a full month under real-world traffic. Let’s make the switch seamless.
