Next.JS + Lavarel web APP

I'm in need of a developer with extensive experience in Next.JS and Lavarel.
I have a web app already developed in react (front end) and Lavarel (backend).
The idea is to desing the new front end in NEXT JS
Design: The new design already designed in Figma (design will be provided).
API: After design, you will need to the the API integration (adapt existing APIs to new design) and modificate/create new ones if needed to make the new design work properly.
KNWOLEDGE IN BACKEND AND FRONT END ARE NEEDED
