You’ll handle the full stack:
• Frontend: Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind
• Backend: Laravel + MySQL
• Feature: Build a platform that includes:
• Job posting and applicant management
• Candidate applications and profiles
• Testing/assessment module (MCQs, coding tasks, skill evaluation)
• Onboarding workflows (documents, training, tasks)
• Background checks (identity, education, employment verification)
• Custom meeting system (like Google Meet) with video, audio, and chat
• Offboarding workflows (exit interviews, handover, access removal)
• Role-based dashboards for HR, managers, and employees
• Real-time notifications and progress tracking
• Responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop
