Next.js Landing page Deployment Assistance

The landing page is already finished in Next.js and its small API hooks are working, so coding changes are off the table. What I need is a quick but knowledgeable walk-through that gets the site live on the dedicated hosting account.
Access to cPanel will be granted only through a screenshare session (freelancer—whatever else is permitted), so the job is essentially a guided deployment:

• build or export the project for production
• upload the correct files into the proper directory on cPanel
• configure Node/Passenger or the static-export setup, plus any .htaccess tweaks that Next.js typically needs on cpanel
• confirm the page renders correctly at the root domain without breaking its existing API calls

Once the site is visible to the public and you’ve shown me the exact steps, the task is done. I’m fairly comfortable in the terminal, we have other node apps running with react front ends but this will be our first nextjs deployment, so concise explanations while you work will be appreciated.
