Next.js B2B CRM Platform

I’m building a B2B customer-management platform from the ground up and I want it crafted with Next.js, tRPC, and deployed on Vercel.
Core focus
– Customer management is the heart of the product. Every feature you code should revolve around letting businesses create rich client profiles and track every interaction their team has with those clients.
User experience
I need a single code-base that serves both a responsive web interface and a lightweight mobile experience. Whether we achieve the mobile side through a PWA, React Native Web, Expo Router, or another well-supported path, the goal is identical: users can pull up the same data and workflows on a desktop browser or on their phone without friction.
What I already have
• The overall business logic mapped out
• Basic screen wireframes in Figma
• A Vercel project slot and GitHub repo ready for you to push to
What I need from you
• Clean, type-safe endpoints with tRPC
• Next.js pages and components that follow best practices for server-side rendering and caching on Vercel
• A schema that stores client profiles and interaction logs efficiently (Prisma or a comparable ORM is welcome)
• Authentication handled with a proven Next.js solution (next-auth, Clerk, etc.)
• Clear commit history and concise documentation so another dev can pick up the code later
