PROJECT OVERVIEW: FANCY BLACK-THEME PORTFOLIO PAGE DESIGN (NEXT.JS)

1. PROJECT SUMMARY
We are a digital service agency with an existing Next.js website. The objective of this project is to design and implement a premium, fancy, black-theme portfolio/work showcase page that visually represents our services, quality, and brand positioning.

This is not a basic portfolio page. The design must feel modern, high-end, bold, and visually impressive, suitable for a professional digital agency targeting serious clients.

The freelancer will work strictly on our existing Next.js codebase, without breaking current functionality, structure, or performance.

2. DESIGN & VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
- Black / dark theme only (premium, modern, agency-grade look)
- Clean typography, strong contrast, and refined spacing
- Smooth micro-interactions and animations (subtle, not gimmicky)
- Modern layout patterns (cards, grids, hover reveals, transitions)
- Scroll Sync Animation
- Fully responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Must align with a high-end agency aesthetic, not a template look

3. PORTFOLIO CONTENT SCOPE
This project includes both design and content responsibility.

A) Images / Visual Assets
- Freelancer must research and source relevant showcase images from the internet for all services
- Images must look realistic, professional, and industry-relevant
- No low-quality, stretched, random, or irrelevant images
- Images should clearly communicate the service type (UI/UX, development, branding, marketing, etc.)

B) Content Writing
- Freelancer must write portfolio content for each showcased service
- Content must be clear, professional, and agency-level
- No generic or filler content
- Headings and descriptions must match the premium visual tone

4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Framework: Next.js (existing project)
- Clean, readable, production-ready code
- Reusable components where applicable
- No unnecessary libraries or bloated dependencies
- Optimized images and animations
- SEO-friendly structure with proper semantic HTML

5. DELIVERABLES
The project will be considered complete only when all items below are delivered:
1. Fully designed portfolio/work page integrated into the existing Next.js project
2. Full responsiveness across all devices
3. Finalized images sourced and implemented for all services
4. Finalized written content for all showcased services
5. Smooth animations and hover interactions
6. Clean, maintainable, error-free code
7. Proper testing before final submission

6. PROJECT SUBMISSION RULES
- Partial work will not be accepted
- Incomplete design, placeholder content, or missing sections mean the project is not delivered
- Design must meet premium agency expectations
- Submission must be production-ready, not a draft or concept

7. PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE TERMS (STRICT)
- Bid amount must be the FINAL and ACTUAL cost
- No price negotiation after project start
- No milestone renegotiation
- If final output does not meet expectations, payment will not be made
- If any agreed scope is missing or not delivered, payment will not be made
- If the project is abandoned, delayed excessively, or partially delivered, payment will not be made
- Payment is released only after full approval of the final submission
