New Features to finalize & Launch VS Code Extension
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a mature VS Code extension but it still needs a final push before we can release it publicly in roughly four weeks. The core codebase is solid; what’s missing are several new user-facing features, chiefly UI improvements along with an upgraded admin console and browser console. I’d also like to revisit the overall software architecture to make sure it scales cleanly once the user base grows.
You’ll be dropping into a stack built with TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker, so hands-on proficiency with those tools is critical. In addition to coding, I’m counting on you to help outline and document an architecture that’s easy for other engineers to pick up later.
Because time is short, I need someone who can start immediately and show evidence of real-world experience delivering comparable products.
