Need React/Nextjs Dev for Site Rebuild

Our React / Next.js site is ready for a complete visual refresh. The single, overriding goal is to enhance the design, with a sharp focus on upgrading the user interface while leaving existing business logic untouched.

I already have clear style inspirations—mood boards, color palettes, and reference sites—so you’ll start with concrete direction rather than a blank canvas. The work involves reconstructing current pages in Next.js, translating the new design language into reusable, responsive components, and ensuring consistency across breakpoints and browsers. CSS-in-JS or utility frameworks (styled-components, Emotion, Tailwind) are welcome as long as the final UI matches the supplied inspirations pixel-for-pixel.

Key deliverables:
• Re-engineered page templates built in modern Next.js (13 or later)
• Modular React components reflecting the new UI patterns
• Accessible, well-structured CSS with clear naming conventions
• Smooth transitions and subtle micro-interactions that elevate the overall polish

Acceptance criteria:
• Each rebuilt page visually aligns with the provided inspirations at 1× and 2× resolutions
• No layout shifts or CLS issues during navigation or hydration
• Lighthouse and Web Vitals scores stay equal to or better than current levels
