Modern SEO-Optimized React/Next.js Site
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Overview:
We’re launching Repaintly, a premium residential and commercial repainting service based in Melbourne, Australia. I’ve purchased the Handiman React + Next.js Template from ThemeForest, and now I need a skilled developer to fully customize it for the Repaintly brand.
This is Stage 1 of a two-phase project. The first stage focuses on design, structure, and component cleanup. The next stage will involve connecting to a headless CMS (like Sanity or Strapi).
Stage 1 – Project Requirements
Your role:
• Clean and remove any unnecessary default code, assets, and styling from the template.
• Rebrand the entire UI for Repaintly, keeping it:
◦ Clean, minimal, and highly professional
◦ Fully responsive and mobile-optimized
◦ SEO-friendly (optimized tags, metadata, etc.)
◦ Built with trust, customer-focus, and lead generation in mind
• Update color palette to match Repaintly branding (based on blue/green tones)
• Replace all default content, icons, and imagery with placeholders or dummy data tailored to repainting services
• Refactor/reorganize components and pages as needed (e.g., Home, Services, About Us, Gallery, Testimonials, Blog, Contact)
• Prepare folder structure and components for easy CMS integration (we’ll connect to CMS in Stage 2)
• Create clean code documentation for easier handoff
Tech stack used:
• React
• Next.js
• Tailwind CSS (or the CSS library the template uses – may require refactor to Tailwind)
• Git (GitHub repo will be provided if needed)
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience customizing ThemeForest or similar templates
• Strong skills in Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Clean coding standards and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience integrating Sanity or Strapi CMS
• Strong portfolio in service websites, landing pages, or conversion-focused sites
Future Work (Stage 2 – Separate Job)
Once Stage 1 is complete, we’ll begin Stage 2: Connecting the customized frontend to a CMS like Sanity or Strapi, allowing Repaintly’s team to easily manage content like blog posts, project photos, FAQs, suburb SEO pages, and more.
Timeline
Looking to get started ASAP.
