I’m looking for a freelance developer to build a simple, clean, and functional website for a medical clinic. The main purpose of the site is to collect and store basic visitor information securely. This is not a public-facing site—it’s intended for internal use by clinic staff.
Tech Stack Required:
Frontend: React + Next.js
Backend: Node.js (preferred via Next.js API routes)
Database: MongoDB
Core Features:
A responsive form for clinic staff to enter visitor details:
Full name
Contact number
Email (optional)
Date of visit
Reason for visit
Basic validation (e.g., required fields, proper formats)
Store submitted data in MongoDB
Simple admin view to list all submissions (no login required for now)
Clean, minimal UI (no need for fancy design—just functional and easy to use)
Optional (nice to have):
Pagination or search/filter in the admin view
Export to CSV or PDF
Deliverables:
Fully functional website hosted locally or on a test server
Source code (GitHub or zip)
Brief instructions on how to run the project
Timeline: Ideally, within 5–7 days
