I am looking for a developer to create a Learning Management System with ReactJS and NextJS. The primary purpose of the system is for employee training.

Admin Panel:
The admin panel is the primary control center of the LMS. The admin can manage all aspects of the platform such as user roles, permissions, course content, reports, and analytics. The admin can also create and manage different company/organization accounts and add trainers and trainees to them.
Company/Organization Panel:
The company/organization panel allows companies to manage their employees' training and development needs. The panel offers features such as tracking employees' progress, assigning courses, creating and managing batch groups, and generating reports.
Trainer Panel:
The trainer panel is designed for trainers who can create and manage course content, create assignments, set deadlines, and manage quizzes. Trainers can also conduct live online classes and interact with trainees using chat features.
Trainee Panel:
The trainee panel allows trainees to access their courses, view their progress, and complete assignments. Trainees can also interact with trainers using chat features, and track their attendance for online classes.
Online Classes:
The LMS offers online classes for trainees to attend live sessions with trainers. Trainers can share their screens, conduct presentations, and interact with trainees through audio and video communication.
Attendance Management:
The attendance management feature allows trainers to track trainees' attendance for online classes, and mark their attendance. Trainees can also view their attendance records and track their progress.
Gamification:
Gamification features allow trainees to engage with course content in a fun and interactive way. The LMS can offer badges, certificates, and points for completing courses, assignments, and quizzes.
Chat with Trainers:
The LMS offers a chat feature for trainees to interact with trainers. Trainees can ask questions, clarify doubts, and seek guidance on course content.
