I’m hiring a skilled web developer or small team to build a multi-tenant lead-generation platform for my brand Reshuffle.com.
The goal is to create a system that automatically generates exclusive local microsites for businesses — one client per city per industry (e.g., “Dental Implants – Jackson, MI”). Each subsite should be SEO-optimized, collect calls and form submissions, and route leads directly to clients through Zoho CRM and Twilio integrations.
We’ll start with an MVP that proves the concept, then expand to multiple niches and cities once it’s working smoothly.
Scope of Work
1. Multi-Tenant Microsite Builder
Automatically generate sub-sites under subdomains like:
jackson-mi.implants.reshuffle.com
annarbor-mi.pestcontrol.reshuffle.com
Dynamic text replacement for {CITY}, {STATE}, {SERVICE}, {BUSINESS_NAME}.
Pages: Home, About, FAQ, Contact, and local service pages.
Integrated forms (Name, Phone, Email, Message).
Click-to-call and SMS buttons for mobile users.
SEO features: meta tags, schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Review), and XML sitemap.
2. Lead Tracking & Routing
Twilio or CallRail integration for unique call/SMS tracking numbers per tenant.
Form submissions push to Zoho CRM (API or Make/Zapier automation).
Optional: call recording, lead scoring, and reporting dashboard.
3. Admin Dashboard
Add/edit tenants (city, niche, client details).
Assign subdomain and tracking number automatically.
View reports on leads, calls, and conversions.
