Interactive Educational Platform Development

I am looking for a talented developer to create an interactive educational platform with user-based controls for three different roles: admin, school, and students.
Platform Features:
- Admin will have exclusive rights to create courses and challenges.
- Students will have access to their courses and challenges, along with their results and performance metrics.
- Schools will be able to view data on how their students are performing.
User Interaction:
- The interaction for all three user roles is mainly to 'view and manage only'.
- Admins create content, while schools and students manage their view of this content.
Performance Tracking:
- Students need to be able to access their grades and scores, as well as detailed feedback and AI evaluation results for their performance on challenges.
Communication:
- The platform should integrate with WhatsApp APIs and emails for notification methods.
- Only these two methods will be used for updates and announcements, with no in-app notifications.
Payment and AI Integration:
- Payment processing will be handled through Razorpay.
- AI evaluation for challenges should be incorporated, potentially using Gemini or a similar service.
Scalability:
- The platform must be designed to be scalable.
