Hotel Food Ordering System – QR, Admin Panel & API

We are building a full-featured Hotel Food Ordering System and need an experienced development team to deliver it end-to-end. The system must integrate with our existing Terabyte Vision platform and support QR-based ordering, real-time menu sync, and a comprehensive admin panel.

Requirements:
- Proven experience building food ordering or hotel management systems
- Strong proficiency in Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
- MySQL or SQL Server database experience
- API integration experience, specifically syncing frontend ordering flows with existing backend software
- Ability to implement QR code-based access and room-number ordering workflows
- Experience building admin dashboards with reporting, analytics, and order management
- Clean, documented, scalable code — full ownership transferred to client on delivery

Deliverables:
- Guest-facing ordering experience: QR code access, food categories, search and filters, cart, item customization, room number ordering, order tracking, promotional banners, combo meals, and multilingual support
- Full admin panel: category and pricing management, inventory control, order history, reporting, user management, notifications, and a live dashboard
- Real-time two-way sync between the ordering frontend and the existing Terabyte Vision system (menu updates, order status, etc.)
- Fully documented codebase with clean architecture ready for future scaling

Work Arrangement:
This is a fixed-scope project. We expect delivery within 6 to 8 weeks with structured milestones so progress is visible throughout. Freelancers should be available for regular check-ins and milestone reviews.
