Headless Magento Marketplace: Next.js & Flutter

I am launching a multi-vendor marketplace that uses Magento 2 as a pure headless backend while serving shoppers through a fast Next.js web storefront and a Flutter mobile app. The whole stack has to be wired together—from the catalog API to the final payment webhook—so I need someone (or a small, tight-knit team) who has already shipped production-grade work with this exact combination of technologies.

You will lead the project end-to-end, starting with architecture decisions and finishing with a fully deployed MVP that can handle real orders. Magento must be installed, hardened, and extended where needed; its GraphQL layer will feed both the Next.js site (TypeScript, SSR/ISR) and the Flutter app. Clean, reusable components, solid state management, and automated testing are non-negotiable because I plan to scale quickly after launch.

I am moving fast—first usable milestone should be visible within weeks, not months—so expect daily check-ins and a shared Git repo from day one.
