Get discord server role when sui wallet has NFT

I am looking for someone to create a system that links a sui wallet with a Discord server. This system will allow users to receive a role on the Discord server when they acquire an NFT with their sui wallet.

The successful freelancer should be able to demonstrate past relevant work and applications should include project proposals.

For this project, the system needs to track ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFTs, as the ERC-20 standard was skipped.
