Full-Stack TypeScript Developer Needed

Job ID: 39544672

Budget: $50 – $0 AUD

Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack TypeScript developer to help us complete the final development phase of "Site-Proof" a modern, mobile-first SaaS platform for the Australian civil construction industry.
The application is approximately 80% complete, built on a robust and modern tech stack (Next.js 14 App Router, Supabase, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui). The core architecture, authentication, and most of the UI are already in place and deployed on Vercel.
Your mission is to take our feature-rich front-end and wire up the remaining backend logic to create a fully functional, highly responsive, and beta-ready product.
Core Responsibilities:
Implement and debug Next.js Server Actions to handle data mutations (CRUD operations).
Connect existing React components and forms to these server actions.
Write and optimize Supabase queries (or plpgsql functions) to resolve any data fetching issues and ensure performance.
Implement a file upload workflow to Supabase Storage for photo evidence.
Critically, ensure the entire application is highly responsive. You will be responsible for auditing and fixing all UI components to ensure a flawless, fast, and intuitive experience on mobile phones and tablets.
Ensure the final application is stable, performant, and bug-free.
Required "Must-Have" Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Next.js (App Router): You must be highly proficient with the latest Next.js patterns, including Server Components, Client Components, and Server Actions.
Deep Supabase Knowledge: You need strong experience with Supabase, specifically:
PostgreSQL: Writing efficient queries and debugging data fetching issues.
Supabase Auth & RLS: Understanding of user roles and data security policies is essential.
Supabase Storage: Implementing file uploads.
Strong TypeScript Proficiency: The entire codebase is strictly typed, and you must be able to work effectively within this environment.
Mastery of Responsive Design: A proven ability to build complex interfaces that work perfectly on mobile devices using Tailwind CSS is mandatory.
React & Frontend Skills: Experience with react-hook-form for form management and shadcn/ui is essential.
Project Scope (The Remaining Tasks):
Wire up the "Site Diary" and "Dockets" modules to save data to the database.
Implement the "Non-Conformance Report (NCR)" creation and tracking workflow.
Build out the photo upload functionality for all relevant features.
Create a simple "Print to PDF" reporting feature for completed inspections.
Perform a full mobile responsive audit and fix all layout/usability issues.
Regarding Design & Rebranding:
The application has an established dark-theme design system. You will NOT be required to do any creative design or branding work. Your task is to work within the existing design system to ensure all new and existing components are visually consistent and polished. You are a developer, not a designer, and the scope of this project respects that distinction.
What We Provide:
A clean, well-organized GitHub repository with a stable Vercel deployment pipeline.
A complete and functional UI to work with and a clear brand identity to follow.
A clear product vision and detailed briefs for each remaining feature.
A non-technical founder who is responsive and can provide immediate feedback.
To Apply:
Please begin your proposal with the phrase "Ready for the site." In your proposal, please:
Briefly describe your experience building mobile-first applications with Next.js and Supabase.
Share a link to a project (or your GitHub profile) that demonstrates your skills with this stack, paying special attention to responsive design.
Provide your hourly rate and estimated availability.
