Full-Stack Salon Marketplace Build

I want to take my idea for a Salon Marketplace all the way from concept to production. The stack is already chosen: the customer-facing site will be built with Next.js, the backend with Laravel, and the data layer on MySQL.

Here’s what I need delivered:

• Next.js web app that lets customers browse salons, view detailed profiles (services, pricing, photos, reviews), register or sign in, and book appointments on any device.
• A secure Laravel API implementing user authentication for both customers and salon owners, real-time slot availability, and payment processing.
• Admin panel (also Laravel + any suitable template) where I can manage users, salons, bookings, payouts, refund requests, and run basic reports.
• MySQL schema designed for growth, with migrations and seed data so it’s easy for me to spin up new environments.
• Clean, modular code that can scale—please follow best practices on security, error handling, and REST conventions.
• Deployment scripts or docs so I can launch on a standard cloud VPS.

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can register, verify email, and log in from the Next.js front end.
2. A salon owner can list a new salon, add services, prices, working hours, and images.
3. Customers can choose a service, pick an available time slot, pay online, and receive confirmation.
4. Admin dashboard shows real-time counts of users, salons, upcoming bookings, and total revenue.
5. Code passes basic security scans (no SQL injection or XSS issues) and runs locally with one command.
