Full-Stack React + Supabase Engineer (AI and TikTok experience preferred)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Full-Stack React + Supabase Engineer (AI and TikTok experience preferred)
Build Link-in-Bio v1 now, with potential for long-term core engineering role
We are building an AI-driven creator platform and need a full-stack product engineer who can ship features end-to-end.
Your first assignment will be developing Link-in-Bio v1, but we are also looking for someone who can grow into a core pipeline and workflow engineer, taking ownership over TikTok ingestion, automation tools, and internal systems. If you enjoy building independently, thinking in systems, and working directly with a founder, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
REQUIRED SKILLS
(You will complete a short anti-AI test below.)
• React
• Next.js
• TailwindCSS
• Supabase (tables, storage, RLS, auth)
• API integration
• JSON shaping and data normalization
• Ability to build UI from Figma
• Component-based reasoning
• Frontend state management
• Comfortable with backend logic (FastAPI, Node.js, or similar)
STRONGLY PREFERRED SKILLS
(Write YES next to any that apply. This alone will not qualify you.)
• Experience with TikTok data, scraping, or feed ingestion
• Experience with workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Pika, Flux)
• Experience building prompt-based templates
• Full-stack Next.js experience
• Ability to own features end-to-end
• Experience building creator or influencer tools
• Strong Supabase knowledge
• Ability to build minimal, clean UI
NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE
Candidates with any of the following may be fast-tracked.
• Built a micro-SaaS previously
• Experience with FastAPI
• Ability to build ingestion endpoints
• Understanding of image or video pipelines
• Experience shipping solo features from specification to production
WHAT YOU WILL BUILD FIRST: LINK-IN-BIO v1
This is not an image upload tool. We will provide an endpoint that returns TikTok video thumbnails.
You will build:
• A dashboard that displays the creator’s TikTok thumbnails
• A toggle to activate or deactivate each thumbnail
• A field to assign a destination URL for each thumbnail
• Supabase tables and row-level logic to store this information
• A public-facing page at fl4shsale.com/username that shows only active thumbnails
• A clean, responsive UI similar to Later.com’s link-in-bio experience
• A maintainable Next.js structure
If you deliver high-quality, reliable work, there is ongoing long-term work involving TikTok ingestion pipelines, workflow systems, internal tools, and automation frameworks.
ANTI-AI BID REQUIREMENT
Follow all three steps or your proposal will be ignored.
Rewrite the third item in the Required Skills list in your own words. Do not copy and paste.
Paste a React component you personally wrote that handles image upload and preview. No explanations; only paste JSX and Tailwind code.
Include the word "octopus" on its own separate line in the middle of your proposal (not at the bottom).
If any step is missing or copied verbatim, the proposal will be rejected.
WHAT THIS ROLE CAN GROW INTO
If you perform well on Link-in-Bio v1, you may grow into a core engineering role responsible for:
• TikTok ingestion pipelines
• Building and maintaining API endpoints
• Workflow automation
• n8n orchestration
• FastAPI integrations
• Template engines for TikTok and Amazon features
• AI content generation flows
• Internal tools and systems architecture
We are looking for someone capable of evolving into a full-stack systems builder, not just a UI developer.
BUDGET AND EXPECTATIONS
This role starts at 20 hours per week at $12/hour during the pre-launch phase.
We operate lean and prioritize builders who want to contribute to something meaningful, not contractors focused only on short-term billing. Every engineer on the team is part of the solution, not a cost center.
After launch and once revenue begins flowing, both hours and rate will increase based on performance, reliability, and initiative. Developers who deliver strong, consistent results will grow with the product and have the opportunity to take on higher-impact roles such as full-stack pipeline engineer, ingestion systems developer, and automation architect.
There are more developers than available jobs, and this imbalance is growing. We are looking for someone who understands this reality and wants long-term stability through performance, responsibility, and trust.
If you are a resourceful, self-managing builder who wants to become an integral part of a fast-moving product, this role offers long-term work and upward mobility as the platform grows.
TO APPLY
Your proposal must include:
• The rewritten 3rd required skill
• Your React upload/preview component
• The word "octopus" positioned on its own line in the middle of your proposal
• Your hourly rate
• Confirmation that you can start immediately
• Your estimated timeframe for delivering Link-in-Bio v1
