Full Stack Next.js Developer Needed to Build a Website Similar to WOWA.ca (End-to-End)
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
We're looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Next.js to design and develop a feature-rich website similar to WOWA.ca — a Canadian real estate and financial services platform.
You will be responsible for the full development process: from planning and designing to coding and deployment.
This project requires someone who understands SEO, performance optimization, and how to build interactive tools (such as financial calculators) that convert visitors into leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop the website front-end using Next.js + Tailwind CSS
Build custom calculators (e.g., mortgage calculator, affordability calculator, rent vs buy, etc.)
Develop lead generation forms and dynamic matching logic
Create a searchable directory for real estate/mortgage professionals
Integrate a CMS (e.g., Sanity.io or Contentful) for blog and guides
Optimize for SEO (technical + on-page) and fast loading speeds
Set up contact/lead form integrations with CRM or email platform
Ensure mobile-first and responsive design
Provide a simple admin panel or CMS where needed
Desired Skills:
Expert in Next.js and React
Strong backend experience with Node.js, MongoDB/PostgreSQL
Experience with CMS integration (Sanity, Contentful, etc.)
Knowledge of financial calculator logic (or willingness to work with sample formulas)
Experience with API integrations and form handling
Familiar with Google Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices
Bonus: Previous work with lead generation websites or real estate platforms
Deliverables:
