We are building a next-generation, scalable travel agency platform focused on Hajj, Umrah, and global travel packages. The platform must be modern, multilingual, SEO-optimized, e-commerce capable, and ready for future AI and dynamic pricing integrations.
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small team to work in phases:
Phase 1: MVP Launch (1 Month Target)
Deliverables:
Build a professional, responsive website using Next.js (React-based).
Integrate a headless CMS (such as Strapi or Sanity) for managing blog posts and travel content (SEO-optimized).
Create basic E-commerce capability (sell packages and services — no online payments yet, only booking requests).
Develop a basic booking engine for Hajj, Umrah, and custom tours (date selection, inquiry form).
Set up multilingual support (English, French, Arabic).
Set up multicurrency display (CAD/USD/EUR/SAR for prices — no checkout yet).
Connect a basic CRM/lead capture system (store customer inquiries and lead information).
Tech Stack:
Frontend: Next.js
Backend: Node.js (Express.js)
Database: PostgreSQL
Hosting: AWS (or Vercel for initial launch)
Timeline:
Target 4 weeks for a functional live MVP.
Phase 2: Mobile App + CRM Expansion (Next 3–6 Months)
Deliverables:
Build mobile apps (iOS and Android) using React Native, connected to the existing backend.
Expand the CRM to include customer profiles, trip history, and basic marketing tools.
Implement basic AI tracking to record customer interactions for future behavior analysis.
Integrate social media APIs (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for sharing and lead generation.
Phase 3: Advanced AI and Dynamic Pricing Engine (6–12 Months)
Deliverables:
Integrate AI/ML models for customer behavior analysis (recommendations, upselling).
Launch a dynamic pricing engine (seasonal pricing, promotions).
