Full Stack Developer for SaaS Platform (Python, Next.js, Azure)

We are a dynamic startup developing a cutting-edge SaaS platform that integrates various services and leverages basic AI-driven functionality. We are currently in the MVP stage and need skilled developers to help us achieve our vision.
Our goal is to create a seamless experience for B2C customers (single tenant) that includes the following:
- Browsing our engaging landing page
- Signing up for an account using Google or Microsoft credentials
- Completing the checkout process effortlessly
- Using the core functionality of our platform smoothly
Technology Stack:
- Backend: Python, Alambic, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: Next.js, Typescript, MUI components
- Infrastructure: Deployed on Azure
Current Development Stage:
- Custom API endpoints are mostly implemented
- Utilizing 3rd party providers for specific functionalities (e.g., OpenAI)
- Microsoft authentication is set up and functional
- Initial frontend setup is complete and operational
Team Composition:
- Principal Full Stack Developer
- Product Designer
- Looking to add two new Full Stack Developers
Responsibilities:
- Integrate missing backend and frontend functionalities
- Collaborate with the existing team to enhance the platform’s features
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI, Alembic, and PostgreSQL
- Strong skills in Next.js, Typescript, React, and MUI components
- Experience with Azure infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (Google/Microsoft)
- Knowledge of graph databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with SaaS platforms
- API-first approach
- Understanding of AI concepts and algorithms
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as RAG, LangChain, or Llama-Index
- Experience with modern development techniques and agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
