Fintech Edu Platform with Next.js

I’m building a SEBI-compliant fintech education platform — strictly learning-oriented with zero trading or advisory functionality — and I need an experienced React / Next.js engineer to ship the first production-ready version within the next two weeks.

Scope of work
• Next.js (latest) front-end with React, TypeScript and TailwindCSS or an equivalent utility framework.
• Secure authentication layer; I’m flexible here, so feel free to propose email/password, OAuth or a mix with 2FA if you already have a battle-tested stack.
• Subscription engine that gates premium content and paid calculators. I’m open to common options such as card payments, PayPal or even Razorpay/Stripe if you have a ready integration.
• AI-generated educational reports accessible from the user dashboard. The exact report style (market analysis, tutorials, performance summaries, etc.) can be configured once the underlying pipeline is in place.
• Admin console to manage users, subscriptions, payment logs, report templates and affiliate links.
• Affiliate-safe deep links that respect SEBI guidelines and never cross into advice territory.
• Clean, well-commented code pushed to a private GitHub repo and deployed to Vercel (or similar) for final review.

Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive UI with Lighthouse performance ≥90.
2. All premium routes securely protected behind the subscription check.
3. Admin able to trigger an AI report, review its output and publish to a user with one click.
4. End-to-end payment flow verified in sandbox and live modes.
5. Read-me covering local setup, env vars and deployment steps.
