Expert Frontend Developer – Figma to Next.js (Web) & React Native (Mobile)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for an expert frontend developer who can translate a polished Figma design into a high‑quality, production‑ready web and mobile experience.
You should be extremely strong in both implementation and visual/detail polish. The goal is not just to “get it working,” but to ship something that feels premium, fast, and well‑crafted.
Scope
You will work on:
Web app: Figma to Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Mobile app: Figma to React Native (or Expo), TypeScript
Shared design system: Consistent components, typography, spacing, and theming across web and mobile
Animations & micro‑interactions: Smooth transitions, hover states, and subtle motion (Framer Motion or similar on web, appropriate equivalents on mobile)
State/data handling: Integrate cleanly with our existing APIs or a mock layer (REST/GraphQL), handle loading/error/empty states gracefully
Responsiveness: Perfect behavior on desktop, tablet, and mobile
Performance: Fast loading, optimized assets, and fluid UI even on mid‑range devices
Requirements
3+ years strong experience with React and TypeScript
Solid experience with Next.js (preferably v13/14 with App Router)
Hands‑on React Native/Expo experience for production apps
Excellent eye for design and detail; you care about pixel‑perfect implementation
Comfortable working directly from Figma and collaborating on UX details
Familiar with Tailwind CSS (or similar utility‑first CSS)
Experience implementing animations and micro‑interactions (Framer Motion or similar on web, appropriate libraries on mobile)
Able to communicate clearly in English and give daily progress updates
Nice to have
Previous experience building design systems/component libraries
Experience with performance optimization and Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals
Familiarity with testing (unit, integration, or E2E)
What we provide
Full Figma designs with clear flows and UI states
Technical guidance and architecture support as needed
Fast feedback loop and clear acceptance criteria
How to apply
When you bid, please include:
Links to 2–3 of your best frontend projects (preferably Next.js and/or React Native)
A short note on your experience with Figma‑to‑production implementation
A brief description of how you ensure high‑quality UI and smooth micro‑interactions
