Expert Front-End Developer (Next.js / Tailwind / Web3)

We need a senior engineer to immediately replace our current contractor. This is not a training role — you’ll take over an active codebase, understand it fast, and deliver results within days, not months.

What you’ll do

- Own an existing Next.js codebase: stabilize builds, improve performance, clean up dependencies.
- Deliver features end-to-end: pixel-perfect UIs in Tailwind, connected to APIs/contract data.
- Harden Web3 flows: wallet connection, signatures, error handling, and network switching.
- Ship quickly: bug fixes, feature launches, and measurable improvements from week one.
- Raise quality: enforce type safety, add tests, improve CI/CD, and document architecture.

Required experience

- 5+ years frontend; 3+ years with Next.js (App Router, SSR).
- Expert in TypeScript, React 18, Tailwind CSS.
- Strong with performance optimization (hydration, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals).
- Hands-on Web3: ethers.js/viem, wagmi/rainbowkit, WalletConnect, gas/nonce UX.
- API integration (REST/GraphQL)
- Testing (Playwright/Cypress, Jest/RTL), CI/CD (Vercel/GitHub Actions).
- Accessibility, SEO, async communication.

Nice to have

- Design systems (Radix/Headless UI).
- Analytics/observability (Sentry, LogRocket).
- Security: signing patterns, dependency hygiene.
