Experienced Next.js & Node.js Developer Needed (Sprint-Based, Long-Term Project)

We need an experienced Next.js & Node.js developer to support us on an ongoing web application related to property / object management.

The project is already running, and tasks are planned and delivered in sprints with clear deadlines. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand an existing codebase and deliver assigned tasks cleanly and on time.

The application uses Next.js on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, and is connected to a Firebase (NoSQL) database.

There is an existing team that can provide support when needed, but we rely on the freelancer to work independently, manage their time well, and deliver results within the agreed sprint timeframe.
