Enhancement of Existing Recruitment Platform (React.js & Next.js)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Overview:
We are looking to implement key updates and enhancements to our live recruitment vendor platform built with React.js and Next.js. These changes involve feature additions, UI/UX improvements, and administrative functionalities to better streamline recruiter and admin experiences.
Scope of Work
1. Job Posting – Country List
Add a dropdown field in the job posting form to select a country from a comprehensive list.
2. Company Name Field for Internal Team
Introduce a new input field for internal users to enter the company name while creating or editing a job post.
3. Salary Format (Annually/Monthly/Hourly)
Allow selection between Annually, Monthly, and Hourly salary formats.
Ensure that fee calculation logic dynamically adjusts based on the selected format.
4. Compensation Details – Visibility Bug
Fix the issue where compensation details entered by internal users are not visible to recruiters.
Ensure seamless data visibility across roles.
5. Fixed Platform Fee – Admin Control
Make the admin panel configurable for the platform fee percentage.
Admin should be able to set the fee between 10% to 80% (currently fixed at 40%).
6. Multi-Currency Support
Add support for all major global currencies in salary and fee fields.
Ensure conversion or proper currency display is maintained across forms and invoices.
7. Commission Percentage – Recruiter View
Hide commission percentage from the recruiter’s main dashboard to maintain platform confidentiality.
8. Resume Upload – Add Extra File Option
Allow recruiters to upload an additional document (e.g. cover letter, consent form) along with resumes.
Accepted formats: DOC, PDF, JPG.
9. Internal Job View Layout
Address horizontal scroll issue in the internal team’s job view section.
Either add a horizontal scroll bar at the top or restructure the layout for a single-page view.
