I’m bringing Elite Haven online and need a single, world-class website that mirrors our luxury positioning. The look and feel must lean classic and elegant, while performance stays lightning-fast and fully responsive across devices.
Tech stack preference is React with Next.js on the front end and a robust Node.js back end. A headless CMS will keep content fresh, and you’ll weave in Google Maps, payment gateway support, and solid SEO fundamentals from the ground up. Design work should flow from polished Figma files to pixel-perfect implementation.
For the property catalogue I will not compromise on:
• High-quality images with rich, well-structured descriptions
• Seamless virtual-tour integration (think Matterport or similar)
• Detailed map views with custom pins and proximity data
Beyond that, advanced search with filters, agent profile pages, and an internal lead-management dashboard round out the core. Clean code, intuitive UI/UX, and secure user flows are non-negotiable.
You’ll hand over:
1. Fully deployed production site plus source in Git
2. CMS setup with sample content and documentation
3. Style guide and component library for future scalability
4. Post-launch support window for bug fixes
