US Developer Collaboration Projects

I’m assembling a small, United-States–based crew of software developers who can jump in right away and stay engaged for the next month as several new products move from concept to code.
What matters most is collaborative energy. I’m especially keen on teammates who love brainstorming ideas at the whiteboard (virtual or physical). If you also enjoy pair programming or trading tips on architecture patterns, all the better—those practices will naturally flow once we hit our stride.
The work itself varies: one project leans React/Next.js, another taps Python and Go for backend services, and a third explores AI/ML features on top of a cloud-native stack. Everything we build must be scalable, cleanly documented, and ready for quick iteration, so solid Git habits and comfort with CI/CD pipelines are assumed.
