Develop a platform for mental health

would like help drafting the documentation for the scope of the project and to build it.
We are at our idea phase. We have an existing site but it feels unprofessional. protherapy.co
I would like to build a mental health platform built using next.js mern stack. On the site I wish to enlist mental health practitioners and feature their calendar using calendly where clients can book and pay, using stripe, for a session. Clients can also email the practitioner via our office using a company allocated email handle. I wish to be able to have a simpler register where practitioners can apply and upload their details and be approved to be listed on the site. I wish to have our telephone number to call using a button. I wish to feature articles and videos of mental health related content. I wish to have my intercom chat bot integrated. I will need social media links. I will need links of accrediting bodies related to our practitioner. I will need it to link with my current CDN or phase it out and use the Nextjs cdn whichever works best. We will use many design components from my existing site and add new content. Need site to be seo optimised for high traffic. Need absolutely stellar ux/ui. Need to use a company’s nextjs account, use newly setup GitHub account and work will be put on the company’s respective accounts.
If successful will need to bolt on other health fields aside from mental health.
