Customer Portal Development & Maintenance

We would like to request the development and maintenance of a portal site for our customers (preferably a PWA).
The portal site will narrow down the databases to be referenced based on login information, and will display information optimized for each customer as well as general information.

-DB: It would be helpful if it can be integrated with SFA (CRM) via API.
