I need a modern, minimalistic website built in Next.js using the template I will provide. The entire front-end must hook seamlessly into my GoHighLevel account, with the appointment-booking form rendered through their native embed so all submissions flow straight into the GHL pipeline.

My style guide is ready to go; colors, typography, and spacing rules just need to be applied consistently across every page so the finished site looks polished on desktop and scales perfectly on mobile. Please code with responsive best practices in mind rather than relying on break-fix quick fixes.

Acceptance is based on:

2. Appointment bookings appear instantly inside my GHL dashboard with correct information
3. Website is working and is visually correct for mobile devices
4. Clean, well-commented codebase delivered via GitHub along with a short README explaining environment variables and deployment steps

If additional GHL elements such as review or lead-capture widgets can be slotted in later, structure the code so those embeds can drop in without major refactoring.
