Job Description
We need a developer/agency to build Phase 1 MVP for Prime Apparel Exports — a B2B garment export portal.
This is not a simple ecommerce site. The portal must be custom-built, modular, and AI/n8n integration ready.

File Storage: AWS S3 / DigitalOcean Spaces
Auth: Email + Phone OTP (Twilio/MSG91/SMTP)

User Roles & Functions
Admin Panel (9 Sections)
Dashboard – Overview of buyers, products, designers, suppliers, requests.
Buyer Management – OTP-verified list, block/unblock, reset password.
Designer Management – Approve/block designers, track uploads.
Product Management – Approve/reject uploads, edit details (MOQ, FOB prices, lead time, description, images), publish/unpublish.
Supplier Management – Add suppliers (name, contact, location, material type, certifications, notes), view list, filter by city/fabric, performance reports.
Orders/Requests – Track sample requests + PO requests, download docs.
Content Management (CMS Lite) – Edit FAQ, About Us, Homepage banners.
Reports/Logs – Buyer signups, product approvals, supplier performance, CSV export.
Settings – Admin password, OTP/SMS API keys, social links, terms/privacy links.
Designer Panel
Upload product with fixed fields: SKU, title, category, description, images, FOB price range (trial/bulk), MOQ (trial/bulk), lead time, sizes, fabric composition, embellishments, sample info, packing details, tech pack (PDF).
Track approval status (pending/live/rejected).
Buyer Panel
Register via OTP (Email/Phone).
Before OTP → only thumbnails + FOB price range.
After OTP → exact FOB price + request sample + submit PO.
Product detail page: SKU, images, price range/exact price (OTP gated), MOQ, sizes, fabric, lead time, packing, sample info, spec sheet download, related products.
WhatsApp click-to-chat + enquiry form.
Supplier Panel (Admin Only Access)
Add/View/Edit suppliers with details: name, contact, city, fabric/material type, certifications, credit terms, rating.
Link suppliers to products (optional future scope).
Generate supplier performance reports (delivery %, rejection %, monthly purchase summary).
System Architecture (Future Ready)
Clean REST APIs (versioned).
Modular DB schema (Buyers, Designers, Products, Suppliers, FAQs, Orders).
Audit trail logging (who uploaded/approved, when).
OTP/Auth modular (replaceable providers).
Data accessible via API/webhooks for AI agent + n8n workflows.
Documentation: ER diagram + Postman collection.
