Safe Rupees is a custodial, off-chain peer-to-peer gateway that lets Indian users trade USDT and INR instantly and securely. Each user signs up with just their name, email, and phone number to receive a unique USDT deposit address (via a trusted provider like Moralis or Tatum) and a digital INR wallet that can be topped up through our network of vetted cash-agents or ATM deposits. When a buyer and a seller agree on a trade, our system checks both balances in a single database transaction—no escrow, no order books—and transfers USDT from the seller to the buyer and INR from the buyer to the seller, applying a flat 0.7 % fee on each side. Withdrawals work similarly: users request INR payouts (bank transfer, cash-in-hand, or cash deposit) or USDT withdrawals to an external address, and admins approve and process them through a React-Admin dashboard that gives real-time control over all user balances, withdrawal requests, and dispute cases. Under the hood, the platform is built on Next.js and NestJS (TypeScript) with PostgreSQL for transactional integrity, JWT-based auth with refresh tokens, and infrastructure-as-code for secure, scalable deployment—ensuring a professional, compliant, and seamless experience for both users and administrators.
