I’m putting together a small, trustworthy circle of fellow U.S. engineers so we can approach larger, better-paid contracts as a team instead of as lone bidders. The idea is simple: pool our complementary skill sets, present a unified front to clients, and support one another through delivery.

If your day-to-day work lives in React, Next.js or Angular on the front end, or in Python with Django, Flask or FastAPI, Node.js, Java, or a true full-stack blend of those technologies, you’re exactly the kind of partner I have in mind. Solid communication and reliability matter as much as the code itself, so I’m interested in people who answer messages promptly, document decisions clearly, and hit agreed deadlines without drama.

Here’s how I see the collaboration working: we co-write proposals, share our individual leads, and decide who takes point on each new project based on fit and availability. During execution we divide tasks, review each other’s pull requests, and keep the client looped in with joint demos. A transparent revenue split will be set before we begin, with payment milestones mapped directly to project phases so no one is left guessing.
