Senior React/TypeScript Developer – Multi-Location Gas Station Operations Platform
Project Overview

We are building a cloud-based operations platform for a growing group of Shell and Esso gas stations across Canada.

The goal is to replace multiple operational spreadsheets with a centralized web application that streamlines daily management tasks, reporting, cash reconciliation, and operational visibility across multiple locations.

This is not a marketing website. We are building an internal business application used daily by station managers and operational staff.

The platform should be designed for approximately 50 users initially, with the ability to scale to additional locations and users over time.

Important Business Constraint

Shell and Esso do not currently provide direct API access for the data we need.

The system must therefore support importing and processing:

CSV files
Excel files (.xlsx)
Future support for PDF imports

The solution should be designed so new report formats can be added easily.
