Clean Deployment/Port Fix - Windows VPS (Nginx)

Full-Stack Next.js/Node.js Expert – Clean Deployment & Port Fix on Windows VPS (Nginx)
Project Description:
We have a fully coded web-based gaming bot administration panel that is currently throwing port conflicts and connection errors on deployment. The code is complete, but we need an expert server administrator / full-stack developer to perform a clean, zero-error deployment from scratch.
Our system is hosted on a Windows VPS (not Linux) and consists of three components that must communicate flawlessly:
Frontend: Next.js / React application (Targeting Port 3000)
Backend API: Node.js / Express server (Targeting Port 3001)
VPS Agent: A custom Node.js script interacting with local application configuration files (Targeting Port 3002)
Required Tasks:
Process & Port Cleanup: Forcefully kill hidden background processes (httpd.exe, ghost node.exe processes) that are currently locking ports 3000 and 3001.
Environment Configuration: Correctly configure all .env and .env.local files across the frontend, backend, and agent to ensure paths and API keys match perfectly.
Database Alignment: Link the backend smoothly to our local MySQL database managed via XAMPP (Note: Apache must remain permanently disabled; we only use XAMPP for MySQL).
Nginx Reverse Proxy: Configure Nginx for Windows to route traffic from port 80 directly to our custom domain (panel.lordsmobilepanel.site) pointing to the Next.js frontend.
Telemetry & Root Warnings: Suppress standard Next.js root folder warnings to ensure a completely clean terminal startup.
