Chapters/Speaker Sync Component for Next.js

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a timeline synchronization component for video.js in a Next.js application.

This component should be able to do the following;

1. After video has been processed, shows modal with timeline and video at top.
2. The timeline has 2 tracks, 1 for chapters and 1 for speakers.
3. We have ability to add chapters with descriptions, and under each chapters we can add speakers.

The chapters will be a group of speakers, so the speakers will always rely on chapters (nested within).
Need someone who is skilled and can make a modern, dark and VERY fluid component that can be added to our project. Performance is key!
