We are hiring a complete 4-member developer team to build a fast MVP for our startup.
This is a strict 5-day hackathon-style execution under a full legal contract.
The scope will not change, and all requirements below are mandatory.

Team Structure Needed (4 Members MUST):

1 Backend Developer

1 QA/Support Developer

Tech Requirements:

Next.js

React

Tailwind CSS

Firebase or Supabase (any simple DB)

Basic admin panel

GitHub workflow

AI-assisted development (Cursor / Copilot / ChatGPT)

MVP Scope (Simple Version):

This is not a commercial product — only MVP.

List 10 land projects (static or simple DB)

Land details page

Document display section

Basic admin panel for adding/editing listings

Simple user interface (clean + mobile friendly)

Mandatory Requirements:

4-member team only (no solo developers)

Must share CVs for all 4 members

Must share GitHub + past projects

Must pass technical interview

Daily progress updates

Daily GitHub commits

Must meet the 5-day deadline

Do NOT apply if your team does not meet these requirements

Compensation:

₹50,000 total (≈ $555 USD) for the MVP

₹20,000/month (≈ $222 USD) retainer for improvements (performance-based)

Post-funding bonus:
Each team member receives ₹50,000 (≈ $555 USD each)
Total bonus payout: ₹2,00,000 (≈ $2,222 USD)

This is a high-growth project with long-term opportunities for the selected team.
